While searching for the missing cast members of a reality show in Africa, Lara Croft, and the mysterious Samuel Quill encounter the unexpected, a shape shifter with a ship that can travel through time. The shape shifter attacks, and Lara finds herself inside the ship when it takes off. As they struggle for control, the ship is inadvertently sent off course, but just where, and more importantly when, have they ended up?
