Use the machete to get through the door.
Fight the guy in the next room. (Use left and right mouse button)
Cut the rope to drop the box down into the next chamber.
Drop down and finish the next guy. (I found it easier with machete in hand.)
Kick the smaller boxes and get ammunition.
Get outside and into the chamber on the left to pick up a shovel.
Attack the two baddies with the shovel.
Down by the fireplace you can pick up the green bottles and the chairs Both can be used as weapons.

On top of the stairs use the machete to get into the hidden passage. Fill your waterskin at the fountain.
Get outside, onto the pedestal and use the whip to get to the other side.
There you have to feel your way around on the wall and walk along the narrow outcrop.
Again use the ship to get to the next ledge. Run forward and off the collapsing tile.
Knock the large box down.
Get down and collect the Mask. Climb back up.

Run up the stairs on top you will reach a collapsing part of the floor. If you drop down use the vine to get back up. Use the whip to get to the other side of the gap.
Advance towards the next pit and use the whip to swing to the other side. Beware of the spiketrap underneath.
While jumping of the whip knock over the column.

Climb down to the water and swim to the lower platform.
Climb out and find the fountain to fill up your waterskin.
Now jump onto the long platform in the water on the left. (Note the first bug you can use to shortcut.)
From there jump towards the pillar.
Climb up and to the top where a baddy appears and you can see a vine rope.
Jump onto the rope.
Swing over to the other side.
Cut through the vine.
Kill the baddy.
Collect the shotgun he looses.
Step outside and look over to the crocodile head. Left of it is a platform you can reach with a running jump.
From there use the whip to get to the other side.
Run into the passage. The floor collapses and you will drop into the water.
Swim to the end and climb out onto the stairs.
Jump over to the platform at the left side.
Turn left and jump towards the next platform.
Walk towards the switch and use it.
Kill the two baddies.
Exit the chamber.
