Walkthrough

Hop right into the walkthrough. The game starts with a little movie showing how Lara got a job from Jacqueline Natla to retrieve an artefact. The first level will begin in a cave in Peru. This walkthrough is based on the UK PSX Version (Level 1-5) German PC Version (rest). Some little details, like pickups or baddies might differ. It's very important to learn Lara's Moves. I recommend playing the tutorial level to learn them. You will also get a chance to explore Laras Mansion.

Nokia N-Gage

Tomb Raider 1 can now be played on the mobile phone. If you are a proud owner of the Nokia N-Gage, you can play Tomb Raider 1 on your phone. Check out the n-gage website. My walkthrough will also work for the N-Gage Version of the game.

Weapons and Opponents

Find out about the weapons and opponents in Tomb Raider I. It's very important to use the right weapon on the right baddie or you might be wasting ammo or it might be nearly impossible to kill your opponents.

Savegames and Cheats

I'm not offering any savegames at the moment. I have recently purchased Glidos and will offer some savegames in the future. I have cheats for PC and Playstation 1 (PSX), they have been tested on the PAL Version and they worked for me. Please follow the instructions and don't ask me if they wont work for you.

Comments on the Game

Tomb Raider I is the beginning of a great Series of "computer" games. The graphics are not comparable to the next games, they got much better. You can enhance graphics with Glidos but it's not the same as Tomb Raider II. Laras movements were really good already and playing the game is a lot of fun.

Background Information
