Paris, Section 16 - Galleries Under Siege

Lara starts in the basement once again, head up the stairs with a pistol in hand for the Barnies you will soon meet. Three flights up the familiar gallery style stairs is a Barney pacing in that offshoot room. Dally around if you want, but I just ran on up and pumped him with five or six from the M-V9.

Back out and up the stairs you will trigger a cinematic at the peak. Eighty-six the final surviving Barney (clip) and prepare to deal with some commandos. For these bad dudes, I recommend the Taser. One shot should do it.

Head to the door with the gas emanating from it (that's easy, its the only way you can go). Right outside is a Black Op with a submachine gun waiting for you. Tase him quickly and take his gun.

Run down the hall on the left towards the research section of the Louvre. In the first gallery, a Black Op repels down to impede you. Tase him at range (around ten steps is the max methinks for a one shot KO) and take his clip, then head out the door and to the left towards the stairs with Taser ready to fire as a Black Op is primed for an ambush. Tase. Clip.

Upstairs, head down the hall and Tase the Black Op pacing there, then go get a respirator from the cabinet in the Restoration room. Back down stairs we go.

Two Black Ops lie just down the hall. Take them out (no clips... sad) and head out the now unlocked door to the left. In the next gallery, a Black Op repels down to block your way. Tase him, then head around the corner to take out another on the landing and one more down the stairs. Go down, down, down the stairs and swing right to the Gallery that is opposite the ladies room.

CINEMATIC! Oooh... we finally get up close and personal with Kurtis. Much exposition awaits as we lead up to Von Croy's Apartment.
