Official Site

• March 24th 2006: New infos on locations (Kazakhstan, Ghana)
• October 5th 2005: The site has been redesigned and equipped with new information about the game, such as characters, locations, new images...
• April 12th 2005: The new website goes online. You have to regsiter to enter. There you will find first Screenshots and a 3-D view of Lara.
• March 26th 2005: the official site is preparing for the new game. The background image looks promising. We will be raiding temples again.

Platforms

Tomb Raider Legend will be released for PC, PlayStation2, PlayStationPortable, XBox and XBox 360. A Mac version will probably follow later.

Release Date and other Dates

• April 7th (Europe)
• April 11th (North America)
• April 25th (XBox360?)

(PC, PS2 and XBox Version) The PSP (PlayStationPortable) and XBox360 Versions will be released at a later date, as will the Mac Version.

Locations

In a demo presentation at E3 it was mentioned, that Lara travels to the Himalyas (where we will learn about her past) and Ghana. On the official website Peru is confirmed as well.
In the pictures (take a look at the photoalbum, link below) we can see Lara in what is probably Kuala Lumpur, South America and Japan. These locations are unconfirmed.

Vehicles

So far not much is know about vehicles in Tomb Raider Legend and the official word is still that they aren't saying anything. However you can see Lara riding a motorbike in the trailer.

The Facts

• there will be a 7th TR game, and the title is "Lara Croft Tomb Raider Legend"
• Core Design is no longer working on the TR Series
• Crystal Dynamics (Legacy of Kain Series) has taken over from them
• Lara Croft Creator Toby Gard assists Crystal Dynamics
• a new comic series will be released along with the game
• the official website is preparing for the presentation of the new game
• they have done a lot of research to find out what the fans want for the next instalment.
